  1. I also struggle to lose weight, until I did the following steps:
    – Start a diet journal. A journal will be useful to plan my goals, what should I eat and how often do I have to exercise.
    – Reduce my stress by doing exercise 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time. I recommend that you do the exercise that you are comfortable with. I personally love riding bicycle.
    – Eat more protein.
    – Aim to eat fruit or vegetable on each meal.
    – Limit high fat foods and sugars.
    – Get a workout buddy. Surround yourself with like minded people to support yourself.
    – Intermittent fasting.
    – Track my progress. Again in this case, a journal will be helpful.
    It is super effective, and I lost 55 pounds using these steps.
