7 Easy Low Carb Christmas Recipes For A Special Christmas Day

We love to plan what low carb Christmas recipes we are going to prepare for Christmas day. Everyone has their input and usually, everyone’s needs are met.
The rules are it needs to be quick and simple to prepare but something we wouldn’t usually have.
I find preparing low-carb Christmas recipes that don’t include sugar or grains so much easier than manipulating sugar and flour into dishes that take time and leave you feeling stuffed and uncomfortable.
It is nice to think you have not missed out on the Christmas treats but are still able to lift yourself off the couch easily.

Let’s start at the very beginning, that ever so important meal of the day.
Breakfast

Mid-morning treat with coffee

The Diet Doctor has gone the whole hog or in this case, turkey and done a low carb version with all the trimmings.
Who could resist these as a treat on this one day of the year where we should be able to have something a little more special. These are low carb though.
Vanilla bean pannacotta with cranberry coulis. I seriously love eating low carb. Everything is so easy to make. I am sure All Day I Dream About Food would agree.
